Emmerdale fans fear Liv death as she chokes on vomit after booze binge

Emmerdale fans have been left fearing Liv Flaherty (Isobel Steele) could be dying after she was seen choking on her own vomit during Thursday night’s episode.

The alcoholic character has gone off the deep end after she tried to force herself on pal Jacob Gallagher (Joe-Warren Plant) during Wednesday’s episode.

She went to the shop and stole a few bottles of booze before she headed to the graveyard, talking to Leanna’s grave as she downed the spirit.

However it soon disagreed with her and she began throwing up, before she passed out.

Viewers were left with a major cliff-hanger after the first of the two episodes, as Liv rolled onto her back and started choking on her vomit as emotional music played over the top.

Fans were left fearing that she may die after the upsetting scenes.

They rushed to Twitter to share their thoughts, with one writing: “Oh Liv.”

Another begged: “Someone save our Liv.”

A third said: “Oh heck Liv could choke on her own vomit someone find her quickly.”

Someone else said: “This is awful, Liv’s choking on her own sick.”

And a fifth added: “Oh Jesus Emmerdale don’t tell me now Liv is gonna die.”

In the first of Thursday’s episodes, Aaron Dingle (Danny Miller) headed to the shop to see how Jacob was doing – but David Metcalfe (Matthew Wolfenden) was fuming over the ordeal.

He told him Liv had stolen the booze, but seemed to cool down and said that wasn’t the important thing at that moment.

But Aaron appeared to have lost all sympathy, as he said Liv was an “adult” and had “made her choice”.

But with Liv falling right off of the deep end, will he come round and try and help his sister one more time?

Luckily, Liv was found in time and rushed to hospital where she survived the troubling ordeal.

Emmerdale airs weeknights at 7pm, with an extra episode Thursdays at 8pm, on ITV
