Emmerdale’s Charley Webb upped the fashion stakes for her latest date night with husband Matthew Wolfenden, as they headed on a deluxe hotel stay for two.
Dressing for the occasion, the 33-year-old soap star worked an oversized white shirt, which doubled as a dress when paired with patterned tights.
Beneath the shirt, Charley modelled a pair of black denim shorts, which featured a chic deliberately distressed hem.
Ahead of their dinner out, Charley paused to take a snap of her outfit in the mirror, working a pair of black suede heeled boots by way of accessories.
The Debbie Dingle actress threw a denim jacket over the outfit to stay warm, ahead of an evening of Al Fresco dining in the British countryside.
Her hair, which has been highlighted with balayage blonde, was worn loose, parted down the centre with layers framing her face.
The couple, who share kids Buster, 11, Bowie, five, and Ace, 21 months, documented their date night on social media, posing for the camera while sipping gin and tonics.
Charley later shared a glimpse into their hotel room, which featured crisp white sheets, a walk-in shower, blue and white patterned wallpaper and a freestanding tub.
Sharing a video of herself and David watching the telly in their hotel room, she remarked: “Of course it’s 10, back to the room, in bed, how times have changed.”
Unfortunately, the next morning Charley hit an obstacle when she realised she’d forgotten to pack her trainers – meaning she was forced to pair her hoodie with some heels.
Laughing off the mishap, she shared another outfit pic and wrote: “Had to leave the hotel like this…another day, another forgotten something that makes me look like a fool.
“Forgot my trainers.”
A real-life Emmerdale love story, Charley and Matthew met on the set of the ITV show back in the noughties, before striking up a romance behind the scenes in 2007.
During Charley’s 30th birthday party, the couple stunned their guests when they turned around and revealed it was actually their wedding party.
The lovebirds tied the knot in early 2018, before 100 guests at the grand old Ripley Castle in Harrogate, with many of their Emmerdale co-stars in attendance.
