Former Playboy bunny Holly Madison has slammed the late Hugh Hefner for his “verbally abusive” behaviour.
Iconic Playboy mogul Hugh died in 2017, but that hasn’t stopped reality TV star Holly from attacking him for his alleged behaviour whilst the pair worked on the reality series The Girls Next Door.
The 41-year-old model claimed that much of what was seen on screen was in fact a fabrication.
And Holly didn’t thank Hugh for allegedly creating tensions between the women in the Playboy mansion for extra drama on the show.
“I wouldn’t say I enjoyed doing the show until Season 3,” stressed Holly in a YouTube video this week.
“Even before the show was there, he would very much create double standards and different rules for the girls.
“It was designed so he could have a big ego and he could feel fought over … it was really gross, in my opinion.”
The Girls Next Door series ended in 2010, but by then Holly revealed her relationship with Hugh had reached a low ebb.

Holly revealed she had spent a lot of time hiding in Hugh’s room to avoid the TV cameras.
And she stressed that even though the Playboy boss sometimes also wanted to avoid the spotlight, he would still manipulate situations for dramatic affect.
“At that point in my relationship with Hef, things had gotten so bad, he became over the top verbally abusive overnight and I just was panicking,” offered Holly.
“Where you are the only one and you’re dealing with that other one person one on one, you start to see their true character.
“I panicked, I was like I don’t care what I’m giving up, I have to get out of here.
“I was a little sad the fun times were leaving, but not to the point I stopped to rethink my decision.”
In 2015, Hugh responded to Holly’s allegations about his alleged behaviour in her 2015 memoir Down The Rabbit Hole to Us Weekly.
“Over the course of my life I’ve had more than my fair share of romantic relationships with wonderful women,” he revealed.
“Many moved on to live happy, healthy, and productive lives, and I’m pleased to say remain dear friends today.
“Sadly, there are a few who have chosen to rewrite history in an attempt to stay in the spotlight. I guess, as the old saying goes: You can’t win ’em all!”
