Gemma Atkinson, 36, is engaged to her Strictly Come Dancing boyfriend Gorka Márquez after the Spanish hunk surprised her and popped the question on Valentine’s Day.
Confirming the happy news online, Gemma shared a loved-up snap of her and Gorka on a walk alongside the caption: “Of course I said yes.”
Meanwhile, Gorka shared the same picture of his Instagram page, adding: “The best day with my forever Valentine’s.
“I asked and she said YES!!!!!! Happy Valentine’s Day everyone.”
Gemma and Gorka first met in 2017 when the actress was a contestant on BBC hit Strictly Come Dancing.
Despite not being paired together, the duo ended up striking up a close bond.

During Gemma’s time on the show rumours swirled about a possible romance, however, she denied anything was going on.
Shortly after leaving the show, they were snapped out and about together before confirming their blossoming romance.
The couple quickly moved in together in Manchester before welcoming their first child, a daughter named Mia, in 2019.

Strictly Come Dancing judge Oti Mabuse gushed: “The best news to come out of today, congratulations to the nicest people I know love you guys.”
While fellow professional dancer Dianne Buswell wrote: “Omg congratulations guys that’s awesome xxx.”
Meanwhile, actress Catherine Tyldesley replied: “Yessssssss team!!!! Oh my heart!!! So thrilled for you guys! Two of the nicest people in the land,”(sic)

Earlier this month Gorka hinted he had something special planned for Valentine’s Day.
Appearing on Channel 4 show Steph’s Packed Lunch, Gorka admitted he had already spoken to Gemma’s mum about his surprise.
He teased: “I have something to plan but I will not say or I will give it away… your mum knows everything, she’s my friend, she knows everything.”
Gemma playfully hit back, branding him ‘sneaky’.
