Gogglebox star Pete Sandiford seen with 'gorgeous' girlfriend Paige in rare pic

Gogglebox star Pete Sandiford usually prefers to keep the details of his relationship out of the spotlight, rarely sharing pictures or updates with fans.

However, his sister Sophie Sandiford, who appears by his side on the Channel 4 show, shared a picture of the happy couple this weekend.

Having dug through her old pics, Sophie decided to pay tribute to her big brother and his leading lady, posting a throwback from a night out.

In the black and white snap, Pete was pictured in the middle, with his girlfriend Paige Yeomans to his left.

With smiles across their faces, former sales assistant Sophie appeared by Pete’s right-hand side, beaming at the camera.

In her caption, she added it was an “old pic” and wrote: “My best friends forever.”

Her brother, who is distantly related to the Chuckle Brothers, cracked a joke in the comment section, remarking: “Rose between two thorns as per.”

However, Sophie one-upped him and replied: “Two flies round s*** x.”

Pete kept his relationship away from social media until October of last year when he posted a heartfelt tribute to brunette beauty Paige.

Clearly smitten, he wrote: “My Mrs and best mate what more could I ask for, don’t worry @sophiesandiford1 you are a close second best friend.

“This was taken last year FYI.”

In the comment section below, Pete’s fans were surprised to learn he was a taken man, as they remarked his girlfriend’s radiance.

“She’s gorgeous!!!! You lucky fella,” one said, and a second chimed: “Pair of beauts.”

Pete and Sophie joined the cast of Gogglebox in 2018, and have quickly become favourites with Channel 4’s loyal viewership.

Pete previously said Paige was his ” Mrs and best mate” in a sweet tribute

Opening up about becoming national treasures thanks to the Channel 4 stint, the down-to-earth siblings revealed they were “gobsmacked” by the public’s response.

Chatting to The Sun, Sophie said: “We can still pop out for milk, but I can always tell when we’re on telly because my phone buzzes with new Twitter followers.”

Pete added: “We’re still gobsmacked that we’re on the show. A woman came up to me saying me and Soph were ace – when people take the time to do that, it means a lot.”
