Gordon Ramsay’s feud with fellow TV chef Marcus Wearing has come to light after the latter recently revealed they still haven’t spoken since their fallout years ago.
Marcus, 51, has broken his silence on the bitterness between the chefs in a new interview, where he admitted that he started the fight with the famously foul-mouthed Gordon.
Back when they were colleagues, the celebrity chefs worked together in iconic London restaurant Aubergine in the 1990s, which is where their spat began.
Fans have been hoping for the pair to eventually reconcile, especially after Gordon recently made up with Marco Pierre White after years of aggro as well.

However, they might be disappointed as Marcus revealed in a recent interview that he started the ‘nasty’ feud.
“Listen, you must understand it was me who started it with Gordon,” he told British GQ as part of its regular ‘Out to Lunch’ feature.
“I picked a fight. I no longer wanted to be kept in a corner, moaning and feeling like I had nothing to offer his business.
“So I spoke up. And, well, it got nasty.”

The pair worked together for 15 years prior to their friendship’s demise and Marcus was considered by many as Ramsay’s protégé.
According to Marcus, the pair have only spoken on one occasion since their fallout.
Explaining where, he said: “[We met] at 10 Downing Street. It was during the London Olympics and some key people from the food industry were there to meet David Cameron.
“At the end of the day, Gordon tries to leave first then I go, and as they are holding the front door we end up meeting in the long corridor downstairs, just us two, face-to-face.”
He confessed it was a “very weird” encounter as they shook hands without smiling at each other.
Marcus continued: “We pass one another, shake hands, say, ‘Hello,’ and that’s it. No smiles. Surreal, actually.”

Despite the animosity between them, Marcus still acknowledges Gordon’s services to the culinary and hospitality industry.
He said: “I know that man. [Aubergine] was a very special space, the hottest kitchen this country has ever produced.
“Ramsay and Aubergine took the London food scene and totally revolutionised it.
“And that will never be done again.”
He grinned: “Pretty cool, right?”
