Holly Willoughby has revealed how presenting I’m A Celebrity in 2018 helped her to find herself again as she spent three weeks away from her family while she presented the show in Australia.
The 40-year-old has opened up about how spiritual healing has helped the mum-of-three to find herself again outside of her maternal role in the family household.
Despite how beneficial the time away was for the This Morning presenter, Holly admitted that it was hard to leave her three children for so long as she “didn’t really know what to do with herself.”
Now the blonde bombshell has released a new wellness platform for her therapeutic tips and techniques which have helped her to stay grounded in her chaotic life and maintain a healthy work-life balance.
The TV presenter revealed how meditation and sound baths have completely changed her life in her first post on her new blog page Wylde Moon.
She penned: “When I went to Australia to do ‘I’m A Celebrity … Get Me Out Of Here!’, I suddenly had three weeks without my children and for the first time in a long time, I didn’t really know what to do with myself.
“Australia is the land of alternative therapies, and the town that I was in truly had all kinds of things for all kinds of people.
“Through this wonderful kinesiologist called Josie, I really started to unlock pieces of myself and when I came back to England, I knew that I didn’t want to stop everything I’d learnt.”
Now three years later, Holly can manage her stressful lifestyle with her range of therapeutic techniques.
“Now I have things in my own hypothetical toolkit, like meditation and sound baths, that really work for me,” she admitted.
“I truly think it’s all about finding out what works for you whether that’s going for a run, talking to a friend or drowning yourself in a bottle of wine.
“But you have to work out what you’re masking and how you’re processing stuff,” she reminded her loyal legion of fans.
Holly has been working on the launch of her lifestyle platform, Wylde Moon for over a year now which symbolises “a measure of where I am in life right now.”
To accompany the launch of the website, the yummy mummy has also launched Wylde Women, Wylde Moonboard and Wyle Podcast, with the inspirational Lena Dunham as her first guest on the show.
