Holly Willoughby's book will tackle body image, sexuality and emotional issues

Holly Willoughby has a new book coming later this year, called Reflections, and it’s going to cover everything from sexuality, to body image and burnout.

The much-loved This Morning presenter excitedly announced the book in April, and fans were very excited.

The new book will “explore what it means to live a beautiful life in the modern world”.

It sounds like Holly will be approaching a wide range of subjects, including some very emotional issues.

The mum-of-three will be tackling some heavy topics including body-image and burnout.

It’s something many people can relate to after trying to get the work and life balance right, as well as homeschooling children throughout the pandemic.

It says it is a book to get people talking, and the blonde bombshell presenter is no stranger to being the subject of conversation.

She regularly gets people tweeting in after getting the giggles on This Morning, or causing a new dress to sell out when she posts her latest stunning photo.

The book promises to be educational too, saying it will teach you everything from finding your signature lipstick to reclaiming your sexuality.

It will also focus in how to treat yourself more kindly, as well as show you how to feel “beautiful, confident, complete”.
