James Corden has embraced a new lifestyle plan, losing a whopping one stone over the course of five weeks.
The Late Late Show host, 42, discussed his weight loss during a conversation with Oprah Winfrey, which aired on WW’s Facebook page.
WW, formerly known as Weight Watchers, offer weight loss and fitness plans for consumers, guiding them through comprehensive diet programs.
James revealed he has been working out with his wife, Julia Carey, in their Los Angeles home, battling through intense circuit regimes.
He told Oprah: “I have been doing some exercise, which I hate.

“My wife is planning a little circuit for us after this so we do it together.
“We do these weights and little runs and I moan about it constantly.”
Oprah purchased a minority stake in WW back in 2015, hosting “interactive wellness experiences” for customers online during the lockdown to help them achieve their goals.

While James was struggling with the workouts, he is determined to get fitter in the months to come, promising to get “ripped” before February 2021.
Referring to Hollywood actor Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson, he added: “In a year’s time we are all going to be so ripped.
“It will be crazy. I will be like THE ROCK.”

James was unveiled as the new face of WW in January of this year, admitting he was “fed up” with his appearance.
The comedian, who shot to international stardom as a talk show host in 2015, recorded an emotional video for the brand, explaining he’d struggled with his weight for some time.
He said: “I’ve realised that every year for the past decade – probably even 15 years – on January the 1st I’ve told myself and anyone that would listen that I’m going on a diet, I’m going to lose a load of weight.
“I’m fed up with the way I look, I’m fed up with being unhealthy, this is the year I’m doing it.
“Because of that, over Christmas I’ve eaten everything that’s in the fridge because in my head in January I’m starting this diet and ti’ll be a success. And as you can see it hasn’t.”
James contacted WW for help, adding: “I don’t want to wake up tired, or feel embarrassed when I’m chasing my son on the soccer field and out of breath after three minutes.”
