Jeremy Clarkson has reacted to his daughter’s nightmare wardrobe malfunction – after her skirt ‘exploded’ as she partied it up at a festival.
Jeremy’s 27-year-old daughter Emily revealed that she had suffered an accidental fashion blunder whilst attending The Big Feastival – which took place in Kingham near Chipping norton.
Taking to Instagram, she shared a series of snaps from the event – and bravely admitted that she had managed to break the zip of her mini-skirt in public.
The first photo showed the blonde smiling for the camera as she soaked up the sun with a drink in her hand.
Alongside the leisurely snap, she cheekily quipped: “It’s all fun and games… until your skirt explodes” in front of her 200,000 followers.
Her second snap then showed a close-up of her colourful sequin skirt which had clearly been affected by a broken zip.
Unfortunately for daughter Emily, the broken skirt left her pink underwear on show during the busy festival.
It wasn’t long before her dad Jeremy saw the incident, and the 61-year-old father-of-three had something rather amusing to say about it in the comments section below the snap.
He simply commented: “Oh no,”
One fan wrote: “Least you were wearing good pants!!”
A second could clearly relate to the fashion blooper and wrote: “We’ve all been there!!”
A third joined in and said: “oh no. You still 100% pull it off!”
A fourth added: “the sign of a good night out.”
Jeremy’s record-breaking farming show, which streams on Amazon prime, is set to return for a second series after becoming the streaming platform’s highest-ever rated show to date.
Jeremy’s Top Gear pal Richard Hammond revealed that he “loves” watching his co-star’s farming show – stressing how authentic Jeremy’s passion for farming is.
Speaking to presenters Ruth Langsford and Eamonn Holmes on This Morning, he said: “I love the show. And the key thing about this show, and you can tell the minute you watch it, it is a genuine passion and I know that about him anyway.
“But it’s not for effect, it’s not for telly, it genuinely is something he wanted to do and wanted to get to grips with himself.”
“And that’s fantastic. That shines through. It wouldn’t be as convincing and as entertaining as it is if it weren’t true so that’s what’s at the heart of it.”
