Kelly Osbourne has admitted she’s suffered a relapse after four years sober.
The famous daughter of Sharon and Ozzy Osbourne, 36, admitted in a candid social media clip that she is “not proud of it”, but that she’s “back on track” with her recovery.
Kelly said in the intimate video: “Hey guys. So this is a little hard for me to talk about, but I’ve always promised you that I will always be honest with you all about where I’m at and what’s going on in my road to recovery.
“I relapsed,” she admitted. “Not proud of it, but I am back on track.”
“I just wanna let you know that I am sober today, and I’m gonna be sober tomorrow but I’ve learnt that it truly is just one day at a time and I just wanted to tell you guys the truth because I never, ever wanna lie to you.”
She went on to thank fans for their support throughout her journey to recovery.
Kelly’s battle with addiction began when she was just 16, when she bought Vicodin from a club.
She said things got tougher when her mum Sharon was diagnosed with cancer in 2002, admitting in her book Fierce: “I was trying to stay strong so I took Vicodin to hide the terrible sadness.”
The TV star previously admitted she never thought she would make it to 35, after passing out every night from drugs and partying.
She turned to sobriety in 2017 after losing “a lot” of her friends to addiction, but admitted she had “survivor’s guilt” for a long time.
She was close to Amy Winehouse, who died in 2011 following years of drug and alcohol abuse.
Kelly was hooked on opioids, tranquillisers and marijuana, telling DJ Fat Tony on his The Recovery podcast last year: “I never truly slept, I would pass out from whatever I drank or took and came to.
“I was in a haze of hangovers and withdrawals. I don’t know how I did it for as long as I did. I embalmed my body.”
The former MTV star said she “hadn’t been to a grocery store in three years or done normal things.”

She recalled crying to her brother Jack, telling him: “I don’t want to be a fat drunk loser anymore. I want to be a skinny winner.”
Kelly recently shed an impressive 85 pounds after having gastric sleeve surgery, which she said was “the best thing I have ever done.”
