Kim Kardashian filed for divorce from her rapper husband Kanye West on February 22 but the separation date has still not been made public.
Kim and Kanye’s divorce documents have reportedly revealed that they haven’t officially separated yet and the date is “TBD” – to be decided.
The documents go on to explain why the couple have split, citing “irreconcilable differences”.
The date of separation may take time to be decided as the pair divide their assets, but they have a prenuptial agreement in place to help speed up the process.
The divorce documents also state that Kim is looking to have joint custody of the celebrity couple’s four children.

She is also requesting spousal support be terminated as an option.
An insider recently told the DailMail.com that “the split is amicable and there is no drama”.
There is no drama over money either, with Kim being worth $800million and Kanye worth $1.3billion.
Trouble with their power couple’s relationship began when Kanye decided to run for president in July of last year.

Kanye caused a lot of controversy during his campaign including revealing he asked Kim to have an abortion early in their career and calling Kris Jenner “Kris Jong Un”.
The pair tried to save their marriage back in November when they were seen going to marriage counselling sessions.
During this time Kim was also seen not wearing her wedding band.

They started dating in 2012 and got married in May 2014.
Now their four children have been mainly seen with Kim in Hidden Hills, California, at their $60million mansion.
This will be Kanye West’s first divorce but Kim Kardashian’s third.
She was previously married to Damon Thomas from 2000 to 2004 and then Kris Humphries from 2011 to 2013 – though they split up after 72 days of marriage.
Kim and Kanye haven’t been seen together much since October, their last major encounter being an argument at a party held at The Brando Resort in Polynesia.
This week Kim was seen socialising as a single woman for the first time Beverly Hills hot spot Matsuhisa with sister Kourtney and some friends.
The Sunday Mirror reported that the final season of Keeping Up with the Kardashians will likely document the divorce.
