Linda Nolan has confirmed she is dating again after battling cancer and nearly giving up on finding a partner – with the singer branding the mystery man her new book.
Linda teases readers with her budding romance – dropping a few hints about the identity about her suitor.
Penning in her new book Stronger Together which she’s written with her sister Anne, Linda wrote: “I have also got back out and started dating.
“Coleen and I joined dating apps and we both met new people just before the third lockdown.
“I have been on one date and Coleen has met somebody and been out with him a couple of times, pre-lockdown of course, and Maureen is now talking to somebody online.”

Adding more details about her own man, Linda continued: “My date before the lockdown was a walk in the park and I was standing there waiting for him to turn up and I said if you are more than five minutes late I will be gone as I’m not standing around like a lemon.
“We chatted, he brought a treat for the dog and he brought me a pork pie.

“I can honestly say that I have never been brought a pork pie before.”
Linda gushed: “He’s funny and he’s attractive and he sounds like one of Oasis when he talks.
“Part of me thinks I can’t be bothered… but he is lovely and are we still talking and when things are more released and restrictions are lifted we will meet up for another walk.”

The Nolan sisters now have a WhatsApp group which Linda set up so she could keep them all updated on her cancer treatment in one message.
However, the group how now turned into the siblings gossiping about their dates.
Before lockdown hit, Coleen excitedly told the group she had locked lips with her man during the date prompting a sister meltdown with the women all rushing to call her for more information.
