Lorraine Kelly is a household name thanks to her namesake ITV show, but the presenter officially goes by a different moniker.
The host, 61, got her Covid vaccine last Friday, and to mark the occasion, she shared a picture of her registration card for the jab.
However, the name listed on the card wasn’t Lorraine Kelly, but rather, Lorraine Smith.
In her Twitter caption, she wrote: “Vaccinated! So relieved! Easy peasy – didn’t feel a thing – thanks so much to all the cheery volunteers and NHS staff who made it SO simple!!
“Please please get vaccinated!! We are so lucky to have the opportunity Xxx.”

Fans took to the comment section below to remark over her unexpected change in surname, surprised to learn her real name.
One wrote: “I had no idea your current surname was Smith!!”
“Lorraine Smith lol how original,” added a second, only for the ITV star to reply to the fan by revealing: “Smith is my married name.”
Smith is Lorraine’s husband’s surname, taking Steve Smith’s last name at their 1992 wedding.

While she took the TV cameraman’s name for her own, professionally, Lorraine continues to go by the surname Kelly.
The couple welcomed one daughter together, Rosie, 25, and live in an idyllic rural home in Buckinghamshire.
Lorraine also shared footage of her jab on Monday’s show, filming herself as she underwent the Oxford/AstraZeneca jab.
In honour of the vaccination last week, the show’s resident fashion expert Mark Heyes gifted Lorraine a jab-friendly jumper.
Complete with cut-outs on both shoulders, the beige knit meant Lorraine could receive the injection without adjusting her sleeves.
Thrilled with the present, Lorraine said: “I can put my arm in there and there will be no fumbling around. Thank you!”
Complimenting the garment, which was from high street retailer Lipsy, Mark said: “Effortlessly chic and stylish as ever.”
Lorraine airs on weekdays at 9am on ITV.
