Love Island’s Hugo Hammond has kept one part of himself very private – his bum – but it seems his fellow islanders have had a sneak peek, and even spotted some ink.
In Love Island Unseen Bits, Rachel Finni and Brad McClelland were discussing tattoos, as Rachel revealed she had her name on her bum, and they questioned who else has a tattoo in the villa.
In the midst of revealing that Shannon Gaffka has a tattoo, Brad reminded Rachel that Hugo also has some ink – but it’s on his derrière.
Fans have only had the slightest glimpse at Hugo’s inking as his backside has mostly remained private, excluding a recent challenge where the hunk stripped right off.
Viewers could see a slight ink on his bum cheek, but it hasn’t been made clear just yet as to what it says, though Rachel is pretty sure she knows.
Rachel said to Brad: “He’s got CBBC on his bum hasn’t he?”, but Brad laughed and said: “No! CBBC. What, as in the kids programme?”
Adamant Rachel responded: “I swear that’s what it says.”
With no confirmation of what Hugo’s bum tattoo says, fans joined Rachel as they wondered what the inking says.
Taking to Twitter, one person said: “What the hell does Hugo’s tattoo say?”
Another added: “Hugo’s got a tattoo where?!”
A third person wrote: “Hugo has CBBC on his a**e lmao?”
Fans still aren’t sure whether Rachel was correct about CBBC being inked on Hugo’s bum – but it sounds like she’s convinced that she’s got it right.
Hugo isn’t the only islander with inking from this series, with Jake Cornish flooded with tattoos this season including tributes to the armed forces, two iron gates on his arms and inspiration quotes including one that reads: “Family… where life begins and love never ends.”
Meanwhile, Liam Reardon has many images of people on his body, with boxer Muhammed Ali and Frank Sinatra – and his tattoo artist Lucy Turner told Daily Star that Liam has discussed both Tom Jones and Aretha Franklin tributes too.
Rachel mentioned that Sharon has also got some inking, but we’re yet to see exactly what she’s got.
Love Island continues tomorrow on ITV2 at 10pm.
