Olivia Attwood has offered some advice to the new bunch of sexy singletons heading into the Love Island villa this year.
The 30-year-old reality TV regular catapulted to fame on the third series of the ITV2 dating show back in 2016.
She reached the grand finale with her ex-partner Chris Hughes but the couple split after the show ended.
Before joining the cast of Love Island five years ago, Olivia made a living as a model and a motorsport grid girl.
She has since appeared on The Only Way Is Essex, Celebs Go Dating and launched her own clothing collection.
The blonde bombshell recently took some time of out filming her new own ITVBe show Olivia Meets Her Match to offer some advice to the new group of contestants taking part in the upcoming seventh series of Love Island.

Olivia, who is engaged to footballer Bradley Dack, told Daily Star: “Try to enjoy it. Be in the moment and don’t take anything too seriously.
“You’ll look back at it and it goes so quickly and it really is the most fun time.
“Take it in your stride and when you come out, try to keep some normality in your life and make sure you spend time with your family and have days off.
“Keep yourself separate from all the madness as much as you can.”
Love Island bosses dropped a brand-new teaser trailer last Monday showing a first glimpse of the new Islanders in action.
In the 30-second advert, voiceover Iain Stirling can be heard saying: “This is not a drill. Here they come. Meet this year’s Love Islanders.”
Each of the cast members then pose in front of the camera wearing their swimwear, with some showing off their dance moves.

Television presenter Laura Whitmore is set to return as host and his comedian husband Iain Stirling will be back to provide the voiceover for the series.
Paige Turley and Finn Tapp were crowned the winners of series six in February 2020, and the couple are still madly in love.
