Our Yorkshire Farm's Amanda Owen fumes at discovery at home during Christmas break

Our Yorkshire Farm star Amanda Owen has left fans in hysterics after fuming over misplacing something last Christmas, but finding it again one year later on Boxing Day.

The 47-year-old shepherdess took to Twitter to share the hilarious and annoying discovery to her hundreds upon thousands of followers and fans.

Taking to the social media platform on Boxing Day, Amanda penned: “After a year of intermittent lockdowns, isolations, a week cut off with no electricity, water & consuming peasant food cooked over an open fire we have found the giant Toblerone that we got for Christmas last year !!!! #christmas #chocolate #FFS.”

Underneath the caption, Amanda posted a photo of a an antique-looking grandfather clock with the front hatch opened.

With the hatch open, a giant chocolate Toblerone could be seen hidden inside of the large clock.

Fans and followers flocked to the comments section to share their thoughts on the discovery, with one saying: “Oh yummy. Love its hiding place. I bought one for a friend for Christmas, and then one desperate evening, ate it, and had to buy him another one.”

Another said: “Fun fact. Best before are only a rough guide. Usually if it looks okay and smells okay it should taste and be okay.”

A third penned: “Wow! Hope you can enjoy it now. How on earth did you all forget about it?

While a fourth wrote: “Oh yummy, love its hiding place. I bought one for Christmas, and then one desperate evening, ate it, and had to buy him another one.”

And a fifth said: “I am so glad I am not the only one who forgets what they bought, let alone where they put it!”

This comes after the Channel 5 star worried her fans when she opened up about her daughter Nancy having an accident on Christmas Day.

Taking to social media, Amanda revealed that her daughter had unfortunately “swallowed a biro”.
