Ryan-Mark Parsons has slammed “imbeciles” who are travelling during the global coronavirus pandemic, especially those who are complaining about the newly introduced hotel quarantine.
It has been announced that from next week, UK and Irish residents arriving in England from a list of 33 countries must quarantine in hotels, which will cost them £1,750.
The 33 countries are on what is called the “red list” and includes places such as Portugal, Brazil and South Africa – placed with new variants of Covid-19 emerging.
Meanwhile, in Scotland, residents returning from any country by air will be forced to quarantine in hotels.
Now, Ryan-Mark has hit out at people complaining about the rules.

He said: “Here we go, the imbeciles who think it’s a good idea to travel during the middle of a pandemic are now complaining about paying £1,750 to quarantine in a hotel.
“Do they even care for the rest of the country, everyone else collectively doing their bit to support the NHS?”
The former Apprentice star went on: “All of these cheap Brits moaning about £1,750 for 10 days in a hotel clearly have never stepped foot inside The Ritz. That’s an absolute bargain!”

He said: “It’s a shame I follow the rules, otherwise I would’ve made the most out of this amazing discount the Government is offering rebellious Brits.
“Look, it’s very simple, if you don’t want to pay the hotel fee… don’t travel!”
The sharp-tongued personality finished: “It seems to be those with about one brain cell making the most noise on this issue.”

Elsewhere, Ryan-Mark has backed the Rainbow Laces campaign, which is hoping to tackle homophobia within football.
He said: “This is a fantastic idea to battle against the injerent homophobia that you find across football pitches up and down the country.
“Why has it taken so long for football leaders to take action and bring awareness to an issue that is clearly rife across the country?”
He added: “There’s not a single open gay footballer in the Premier League, that says a lot about the sport when other professions are fare more accepting.
“Time we action real change, this cause is amazing for awareness, but will it make a noticeable difference? Probably not.
“A lot more needs to be taught at an early age.”
Ryan-Mark is set to hit our screens again when he appears on BBC’s Eating with My Ex, which launches on Sunday (February 14).
