Stacey Solomon fears Joe Swash wedding will be called off after confirming date

Stacey Solomon has opened up to fans about her wedding plans – revealing she hopes to marry Joe by the end of 2021.

The former X Factor star admitted that while exact details are up in the air due to Covid they have already sat down and discussed the big day.

Taking to Instagram, Stacey said: “So many questions, so I’ve tried to answer the most asked ones.

“We are hoping to get married end of summer.

“We know we won’t be allowed many people but still unclear on exactly how many.”

She added via her Instagram story: “We will most likely need to have a table for every household but again, not clear with vaccine progress etc…”

Despite throwing herself into wedding planning, Stacey,31, has told fans she is aware she is at the mercy of the government guidelines.

She added: “It may all be stopped like so many people’s days have been over the last year.

“But planning and making bits makes me happy and trying to think positively about the future is always nice.”

EastEnders actor Joe popped the question on Christmas Eve.

Making sure the engagement ring was extra special, Joe opted for two Australian Opals.

They are special to Stacey as Opals are her birthstone and she fell in love with Joe in Australia.

Announcing the happy news on Boxing Day last year, Stacey took to Instagram to show off her ring before gushing about the rock.

“My hand is still shaking and every time I touch something and look down I remember and cry,” she wrote.

The mum-of-three added: “It’s been the weirdest day ever. Thank you so much for all your lovely messages.”

Stacey and Joe, 39,live with their 19-month-old son Rex, and her sons Zach, 12, and Leighton, eight, from a previous relationship.
