The popular Loose Women panellist is expecting her fourth child, a baby girl, at the end of the year.
The mum of three sons lovingly addressed the post to her unborn child, saying: “My Girl Had the loveliest day with you, auntie Jem Jem and my oldest friends.
“They can not wait to meet you.”
Always one to add a cheeky twist, Stacey ended with: “You’re already one of the girls. Their favourite if I’m honest.”

Pregnancy clearly agrees with the glowing star, and Stacey’s celebrity friends were quick to send her their love.
Radio 1 presenter Mollie King wrote: “You look so lovely and happy.”

As the mum of three boys, Stacey is used to being outnumbered by the men in her life at home.
Her fiancée Joe Swash is currently away on a fishing trip with his son Harry, 13, from a previous relationship with Emma Sophocleous.
So Stacey has been enjoying some girlie bonding time after her sister Gemma moved in temporarily.
“My sister set up a movie night for the kids, she’s staying here while Joe’s away because I’m a big baby,” the presenter joked.

Earlier this month she revealed her excitement at the prospect of having a daughter.
Writing on an Instagram Story, she said: “I cannot wait to go baby shopping and buy dresses and make girly stuff for my baby shower!” she added with crying emojis.
“And decorate a girl’s bedroom. Honestly I cannot even get my head around it! I am so excited!”
