Strictly Come Dancing’s Adam Peaty nearly kissed his dance partner Katya Jones on live TV, and his girlfriend Eiri Munro watched every second.
Towards the end of Adam and Katya’s dance on Saturday night, the pair got close and almost locked lips after the pair performed a sultry and sexy Argentine tango.
The pair then appeared to lean in for a kiss before Adam “remembered where he was.”
The ‘almost kiss’ came a matter of hours after Adam’s 23-year-old girlfriend Eiri took to Instagram to say that she ‘wasn’t worried’ – but it didn’t stop her from jumping on TikTok to make a hilarious clip.

In a TikTok video with “watching your boyfriend almost kiss another woman live on TV” written on it, Adam’s girlfriend could be seen pretending to cry in a dramatic and hilarious skit.
The sound paired with the video was a crying noise, which intensified just as she threw her head back in grief and then wrote: “Finding out 10 million people also watched it live.”
Eiri didn’t add a caption to the video other than the writing over the video, but did reply to a comment.
One fan commented: “He better be sleeping in the pool tonight,” to which she replied: “Looool.”

On Twitter, Adam’s girlfriend also retweeted a meme that a fan had posted, that had racked up hundreds of shares.
A fan of Strictly had posted a photo of an unimpressed and angry woman, and wrote: “Adam’s girlfriend when he gets home.”
Eiri retweeted the tweet to make light of the situation.
Katya hasn’t addressed the near kiss, but did take to Twitter to praise Adam after their performance.
Sharing a clip from their routine, she wrote: “So proud of this. Hard work speaks for itself! Well done partner.”
Recently Adam admitted that Eiri had been left unimpressed after he missed their son’s first birthday due to his Strictly commitments.
He said: “It didn’t go down too well but that’s the difficult thing when you do this, everyone has to understand.”
Adam and Eiri met on Tinder at the start of 2020, and she was pregnant with their son just weeks later.
