Chaser Mark Labbett continues to impress fans as the weight keeps on falling off.
The Chase star – dubbed The Beast on the ITV quiz show – posted a side-by-side snap showing his face before and after his lifestyle overhaul.
Showing himself at the TV Choice awards back in 2019, he compared how he looked then to the recent selfie he took.
The 55-year-old looked remarkably slimmer as he posed in a white shirt, his face looking younger and fresher as he shared the two shots.
Pulling at his trousers, we could see for ourselves he’s dropped fair few sizes.

He captioned the post: “Very proud of my results following my Muscle Food Goal Getters plan :)”.
Diabetic Mark was given a stark warning about his weight by doctors as he tipped the scales at 27st last year.
He has since managed to get his weight below 23st – and he hopes to drop even further and to take his BMI level to less than 30.
Mark lost a whopping five stone from when he was at his heaviest, leaving him to feel better and more confident than ever.
Fans flocked to tell him how well he was doing on twitter.

One follower joked: “Fair play mark! Most of us are putting it on during lockdown!”
Another said: You look amazing mark! More beauty, less beast these days! Well done.”
A third teased: “You won’t be able to have the nickname #TheBeast anymore Bradley will have to come up with a new one!”
A fourth said: “You don’t look like a Beast anymore.”
He has suffered a small blow, however.
The Chase co-star Anne Hegerty has revealed that she does not find him attractive as she does not have a preference for younger men.
Fans clocked the 62-year-old appeared to take a look at Mark in his trunks in their recent road trip documentary The Chaser’s Road Trip: Trains, Brains and Automobiles.
Anne told The Sun : “Let’s not go there. I always say we’re not each other’s type and I don’t do younger men. I just looked over my shoulder at the sea and they cut in an image of Mark coming out.”
