This Morning viewers were baffled as they watched chef Phil Vickery use tomato soup to make chocolate muffins.
Phil demonstrated how to make quiche, chicken tikka masala and chocolate muffins using a can of tomato soup.
As he showed the recipes to presenters Holly Willoughby and Phil Schofield, the presenters remained unsure about the muffins.
When Phil added the soup to the ingredients, Holly exclaimed: “I can’t look at it.”
However, the duo confirmed the chocolate treats were delicious.
Viewers were not convinced as they remained perplexed over the bizarre soup muffins.
One said: “Phil Vickery has made chocolate muffins by using tomato soup on This Morning, and now I’m sat here questioning everything I ever thought about the world.”

While another wrote: “Hate tinned tomato soup or any tinned soup for that matter”.
A third added: “What. You make muffins out of soup! Not sure I’d like the taste of that.”
“Why would you not just go buy a chocolate muffin from a shop? Who thinks of using a tin of soup”, added another.
Holly confirmed that you wouldn’t know there was tomato soup in the tasty treat.

The show’s fashion expert Gok Wan tasted one too.
Phil Vickery told him: “If I blindfolded you and fed you that muffin you’d never know [it had tomato soup in it]”.
Gok teased Phil as he replied: “You’d have to take me out for dinner first.”
The studio fell into fits of giggles after Gok’s hilarious remark.
One viewer tweeted: “Gok with his witty one-liner giving us all the giggles”.
While another penned: “Gok’s comment to Phil just cracked me up”.
“Gok that was brilliant, perfect comedy timing”, added a third.
