On Tuesday’s episode of This Morning, Vanessa Feltz hosted a call-in with viewers.
Discussing the topic of ‘getting back with your ex’, Vanessa was urging callers not to get back with or have sex with their ex lovers.
One caller phoned in named ‘Mandy’ – she had been texting her ex boyfriend, who is married.
‘Mandy’ opened up to Vanessa Feltz during the phone in: “I was with him when I was 11 until I was 22. He cheated, got somebody else pregnant and married her,
“But kept coming back, and like a fool, I kept taking him back,” she revealed.

“Then we lost contact and then last year when it was his birthday I sent him a text ‘happy birthday’ and from then, he’s been ringing me at least twice a day, texting at least twice a day and I’ve been doing the same.”
“It wasn’t until 10 or 11 months into this relationship on the phone that he mentioned a new wife.”
Eamonn said: “Did that just slip his mind?”
‘Mandy’ replied: “Yeah, he just forgot about her.
Viewers flocked to Twitter to criticise ‘Mandy’ over the exchange.
One viewer wrote: “That was one of the best phone ins they have ever done. Mandy is a legend but for the wrong reasons.”
While another viewer felt angry and said: “Mandy, what was the point in calling if you weren’t going to listen? And have you even thought about the wife? He’s going behind her back with you (and who knows who else). Don’t let men like him keep getting away with this s**t.”
A third said: “Okay, so on what details we have… The guy is a jerk… I feel sorry for the wife & seriously question Mandy’s thought process here. He wasn’t honest with you, he’s flittered in & out of your life – you deserve better. He’s married, don’t be ‘that’ woman”
Another chimed in: “Mandy you need to wake up and face reality love!”
While a fourth angrily typed: “Sorry ‘Mandy’ has p***ed me off, any ex messaging with the thought process of getting back together, WHILST the other in a relationship, is a toxic piece of s**t”
