Good Morning Britain weather girl Lucy Verasamy has shared some backstage magic from an upcoming advert for Marks & Spencer she is shooting.
The glamorous weather star is pictured in a green field on the island of Jersey alongside telly chef Chris Baber, 43.
Lucy looked seriously glamorous as she struck a pose next to her co-star in a dark coat, striped top and dark jeans for her new ITV project.
The marketing campaign tells the story behind the supermarket giant’s fresh produce and each 60-second “episode” will air after the early evening ITV national weather bulletins, according to The Grocer.
In the images that Lucy posted, she is channeling country chic in a dark blue wax jacket and jeans while standing in front of a wooden table straining with vegetables
In another shot the 40-year-old is chatting to Chris next to a small silver Airstream with the M&S logo on it.
The director of the ad is also seen filming the duo, with the caption: “Filming in sunny Jersey & rustling up some recipes with @chrisbaber.”
A total of 24 “episodes” are to be shown over the next six weeks.
“We’re passionate about offering our customers great-quality, seasonal fresh food at trusted everyday value,” an M&S spokeswoman said.
Meteorologist Lucy joined GMB in 2017 and before that worked for a number of television shows like Sky News, 5 News and Daybreak.
She mainly keeps her private life out of the spotlight but does post some of her escapades on social media.
The brunette beauty is in a relationship with a mystery boyfriend but the TV star has mentioned her beau numerous times.
She has referred to her secret partner without revealing his identity and it seems the couple lived together during lockdown.
Lucy even got him to cut her hair and joked recently: “I did the front and my boyfriend did the back. A shaky start but it all worked out. I think.”
