X Factor star Craig Colton now looks a far cry from what he did when appearing on the much-loved ITV talent show back in 2011.
The singer famously wowed judges during his audition for series eight of the singing contest.
Show judges Tulisa, Gary Barlow, Kelly Rowland and Louis Walsh were all blown away as Craig sang his heart out to Adele’s Hiding My Heart Away.
The former biscuit factory worker boasted a massive voice but lost out to Little Mix in The X Factor after coming fifth in the competition.
The star looks amazing and recently shared that he gets “embarrassed” when looking back at his X Factor days.
Since leaving the show, Craig has become a regular gym member and ditched the not-so-good stuff he used to eat growing up.
Craig told Now: “I’ve got so much more confidence now.
“I don’t want to lose a stone a week or anything like that. I used to survive on crisps and sandwiches.
“I don’t eat a lot of fat and I’ve cut right down on sugar. Eggs are the way forward.”
But losing weight took a mental toll at first, he explained back in 2016 when he starred on Loose Women.
The singer admitted he wasn’t in the best place once he started to carve out his fantastic new look.
He told the ITV panel: “Once I started to lose weight my insecurities were more heightened.
“I think being in a healthy good relationship helped. I was in a toxic relationship, being with someone new now it feels completely different now.
“You can change the outside, but the inside will always be the same. As time went on [my insecurities] started to deflate. I did a gig on Saturday and I was absolutely terrified.”
At one of his lowest points, the star says he slimmed down too much and became obsessed with his weight loss journey.
The Liverpudlian said: “I lost too much and I became ill.
“I didn’t want to be that person. Right about now I’ve lost about four stone. I got down to 12 stone and for someone who is this tall, I looked gaunt.”
