Singer Aaron Carter’s £446,000 property will be left to his one-year-old son Prince following the musician’s tragic death last month.
Aaron, who came to fame as a teen pop singer in the late 1990s, tragically passed away aged 34 on November 5 after being found dead in a bathtub.
The singer died without a will and his family have since issued that they’ve planned to ensure his son Prince inherits his estate.

It comes after California law stipulates that as there was no clear directive, Aaron’s entire estate should go to the toddler.
Aaron’s cause of death still remains unanswered as his loved ones await a toxicology report.
Aaron’s twin sister, Angel, has now applied to be the administrator of his estate as their beloved family tries to protect his interests.
The late singer’s mother, Jane Carter, has confessed that she aims to build on a relationship with Aaron’s son Prince and his widowed fiancée Melanie Martin, whom she hasn’t met yet.
She reportedly confirmed that she wants Aaron’s estate to go to her grandson as the remaining family members already have enough money and don’t need any part of the inheritance.

Since Aaron’s passing, his heart-broken fiance recently took to social media and wrote: “It’s been a whole month since you’ve been gone.
“Not a day goes by, I don’t think of you. I wish you were still here. Thank you to everyone that came out and made this possible.
“We were his family through thick and thin. No matter what.”
His older brother, Backstreet Boys star Nick Carter, has confessed how difficult it was for him to perform at London’s O2 Arena just hours after learning of his brother’s passing.
Nick said: “It was very emotional for me, having my guys with me. There’s the old saying, ‘The show must go on,’ that’s been with us for years, but that night, I didn’t know what to expect.”
Nick’s mother, Jane, also confirmed that Aaron had attempted to reach out to Nick in the weeks before his death.
