Alan Carr has been accused of “ruining” classic gameshow Bullseye after the comedian hosted a special edition of the vintage darts show on ITV’s Epic Gameshow
As a series of competitors joined Alan and Bully to take on a round of darts and trivia for a chance to win big prizes, viewers took to social media to slam the star, with some saying he was “absolutely destroying” the show.
“Alan carr is proper ruining bullseye #epicgameshows,” blasted one.

A second said: “Anybody else wish that Alan Carr would stop ruining classic gameshows with his #EpicGameShow nonsense? #Bullseye’s turn this week. Which is a shame. I used to quite like it back in the day.”
“F**k me, Alan Carr absolutely destroying Bullseye, it’s absolutely pish. Saturday night TV always this bad?!?,” added a third.
While a fourth said: “Watching #AlanCarr absolutely destroy
@BullseyeTVshow is so sad. Someone dressed up in a bully costume would never happen in Jim Bowen’s day. Questions are weak and where’s the visible studio audience? Such a shame.”
The 46-year-old presenter recently admitted he will be “taking a break” from showbiz following the breakdown of his marriage, saying that he needs to “sort himself out”.
The presenter separated from his husband Paul Drayton in January after 13 years together.
Paul and Alan tied the knot in 2018 after 10 years together as a couple – with singer, Adele, involved in the nuptials.

Speaking to Laura Boyd of What’s On Scotland, Alan said: “During Covid, the relationship fell apart, and I was divorced when we came out the other end.”
He was talking ahead of what he described to be his “most personal” tour and described performing as being “like therapy”.
Although 2022 has been an “amazing” year professionally for the Chatty Man, he said that personally it has been “a bit rubbish”.
In January, a spokesman for the former couple said: “After 13 years as a couple and three years of marriage, Alan Carr and Paul Drayton would like to announce they are separating.
“They have jointly and amicably made the difficult decision to divorce and go their separate ways.”
Following the split, Paul posted on Instagram that he was in rehab for alcoholism, after a “challenging couple of years” which saw him plead guilty last November to a drink-driving charge.
