Alec Baldwin and his wife Hilaria are set to welcome their seventh child later this year.
Hilaria confirmed the news with a sweet Instagram post of her family and wrote: “After many ups and downs over the past few years, we have an exciting up and a huge surprise: another Baldwinito is coming this fall.
“We were pretty sure our family was complete, and we’re beyond happy with this surprise.
“I’m sharing with you the moment we told the kids—as you can see, they are super excited! Our new baby is a very bright spot in our lives. A blessing and a gift during such uncertain times.
“I’ve missed you during my break from social media…I’m back and looking forward to continuing with you this wild journey that we call “life.” Our love to you and your loved ones.”
Hilaria’s post was immediately inundated with sweet messages of congratulations as fans reacted to their happy news.
The news comes after Hilaria revealed she would be taking a break from social media.
She wrote: “Hey friends! I’m gonna take a social break. I promise I’ll be back. I love you all and know you worry, so want to give you a heads up.

“I might check in from time to time, dropping you a photo and letting you know we’re okay. Be good to yourselves and so much love and good energy to you. See you soon hb.”
It’s likely that Hilaria’s decision to stay off social media was to keep her news hidden until the three month mark when it is safe to share.
The pair confirmed the news to People magazine ahead of the announcement as she said: “One of the most beautiful things my children have experienced with a big family is how the heart can grow with every new sibling.

“Our capacity to love continues to expand and we can’t wait to embrace our new little one this fall.”
Together the pair have six children, while Alec is also dad to his 26-year-old daughter Ireland Baldwin who he shares with his ex-wife Kim Basinger.
The news comes five months after Alec Baldwin fired a prop on a movie set which killed a female crew member.
Legal filings remain ongoing after a document was submitted claiming that Baldwin was following Halyna Hutchins’ directions when he shot the prop.
The document states that the terms of his contract shielded him from carrying any financial responsibility relating to Hutchins’ death or paying legal fees.
