Apprentice's Karren Brady reveals secret pact with Lord Sugar as she talks friendship

Lord Sugar and Baroness Karren Brady drop their tough personas when the cameras stop rolling in The Apprentice boardroom, we can reveal.

They admit to having plenty of “banter” behind the scenes on the business show.

There is often bickering about footie because they support rival teams — Karren, 52, is the CEO of West Ham and Lord Sugar, 74, is the former chairman of Spurs.

Karren said: “Alan and I have a lot of banter about football. We always say friendship is first, football is second and politics is last.

“We are both in the House of Lords and we both have our football teams.
