In further BBC Breakfast news, host Naga Munchetty wasn’t on air for her usual Thursday slot alongside co-star Charlie Stayt.
Naga usually appears on the show on a Thursday, Friday and Saturday alongside Charlie, with Dan Walker and Sally Nugent usually taking the Monday to Wednesday slots.
Though on May 5, Victoria Derbyshire sat in her place to present the news.
Viewers were confused as Naga didn’t come on air which led to a flurry of Tweets wondering where she was.
One fan said: “@BBCBreakfast where is Naga today, V. Derbyshire don’t rock my boat, in fact she far too pretentious and snooty to boot.”
However, it seemed Naga had a night out with pals for the production, so it’s likely the star could have wanted a day off.
