BGT star Natalie Okri's life 12 years on – glam makeover, hit music and racy outfits

Britain’s Got Talent welcomed Natalie Okri onto its stage in 2009 as she performed Alicia Keys’ No One in front of a live audience.

The youngster blew the judges and numerous ITV viewers away with her incredible vocals at just 10-years-old, with four yeses thrown at Natalie and seeing her sail through to the next stage.

Piers Morgan told her that she was “terrific” and said he “really loved” the performance, while Amanda Holden said the audition was “knockout brilliant”.

Simon Cowell told Natalie that she was “utterly adorable”.

Natalie made it right through to the semi finals after impressing the judges as she performed Superstar by Jamelia and advanced to the Judges Vote.

However, she didn’t advance to the final after getting one vote from Amanda, while Simon and Piers voted for her opposition, Diversity, who went on to win the series.

Although she didn’t win the series, Natalie’s confidence was anything but knocked, with the singer releasing her own tracks on her YouTube channel before moving over to her own albums.

Natalie appeared on Britain’s Got Talent 13 years ago, but what has the young singer been up to since?

Performing

Natalie continued to perform after her stint on the ITV show, but most of her YouTube videos when she first launched her channel 10 years ago see her either doing covers at home or performing at school.

She didn’t slow down and continued to focus on music and building on her passion, which has definitely helped her career long term.

Aside from performing as a youngster, Natalie continued to do performances right into her teens before releasing her very first music video four years ago, followed by albums.

Stunning Natalie Okri looks very different from her time on Britain’s Got Talent, with the glamorous star now aged 23.

She has profiles set up on YouTube, TikTok and Instagram where she posts regular content, and with 11.6,000 followers on Instagram, they love to swoon over her.

The stunning singer has shared plenty of new looks with her fans, from luxurious blonde locks to her stunning dark hair.

Natalie certainly loves to make a statement with her dazzling outfits and it’s not hard to see why, with her stunning pieces always catching the eyes of her fans.

Natalie, like many other people who have been on popular TV shows in the past, has made a handful of references to her stint on BGT.

One clip saw her share an old snippet from her audition alongside one of her new tracks titled Roll With Me.

As she posted the video, she wrote: “How everyone remembers me VS what I want them to remember.”

She’s also recorded a cover of No One after a fan requested for a remake of her initial performance, with the singer filming herself over a decade on.

Natalie’s YouTube channel has seen her release multiple tracks with videos included as her following increases.

Her most viewed video was released two years ago and is titled Like That, which currently has 149,000 views on YouTube, while her track Roll With Me is still doing well with 45,000 views.

She’s been releasing her singles and EPs on Spotify with Like That, Slow and Steady and Roll With Me sitting up on on the music platforms.

Although Natalie hasn’t shared any hints of new music, she has recently been in the studio, so it’s likely it could be coming imminently.
