This, unfortunately, left her concerned that it would leave her unable to do a reading at her late step-mum’s funeral.

She shared a snap of herself in the waiting area of the hospital to Instagram and wrote: “In hospital, waiting to be seen. All this extra money on the NHS.

“Wish my doctor just saved me all this by calling me. I waited all Monday and today.”

And it wasn’t the first time Aisleyne had mentioned that she tried to reach out to her doctors, with the reality star writing the day prior: “Waiting for my doctor to call me all day. All I need is antibiotics for tonsillitis.”

“Reading a long poem tomorrow at step-mum’s funeral. Please help.”
