Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie lock horns in fierce fight on plane, says unearthed FBI report

The alleged explosive mid-air flight between the former Hollywood power couple Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie has been laid bare after the FBI report into the row emerged.

In it, the actress alleged his actions at 33,000ft made her feel “like a hostage” on the plane.

According to the 2016 FBI report, Jolie noted there was “tension” between her and Pitt.

At one point he allegedly grabbed and shook her, pushed her into a wall and punched the jet’s ceiling.

Jolie claimed when she asked him what was wrong, he allegedly replied: “That kid looks like a f****** Columbine kid.”

“She recalled that (redacted) went on and said things like, ‘You don’t know what you’re doing,’” in an apparent reference to her parenting, the report continued.

The couple went to the back of the plane in hope of being out of earshot of the children, Jolie told the FBI.

There, Pitt allegedly “grabbed her by the head, shaking her, followed by grabbing her at the shoulders and shaking her” before he allegedly punched “the ceiling of the plane approximately four times,” she said.

According to the report, at least one child witnessed the confrontation and asked, “Are you ok mommy?” before Pitt allegedly yelled: “No mommy’s not ok. She’s ruining this family. She’s crazy.”

When someone else on the plane replied, “It’s not her, it’s you, you prick,” Jolie said she had to grab her husband to keep him from attacking that person.

She admitted to wrapping her arms around Pitt’s neck in a chokehold style.

The Tomb Raider star said her then-husband was “becoming a monster” as he “ranted” on the plane and “mimicked the behaviour of a monster and screamed at them.”

She claimed she and her six children were “shell-shocked” and added she was “frozen, scared and didn’t know what to do” at the moment.

Jolie went on to allege there was approximately £21,000 in damages to the plane caused by red wine stains and claimed Pitt “poured beer on” her at one point.

The report said the actress had injuries to her back and elbow plus a “rug-burn type wound” on her hand, while Pitt sustained a “scratch,” which she said “could have been from her.”

Brad denied all of his ex’s claims.

Under the anonymous “Jane Doe,” the actress, 47, requested the bureau’s documents about the 2016 incident that ultimately led to their split under the Freedom of Information Act.

She demanded the papers during an ongoing custody battle with Pitt, 58, with whom she shares six kids.

The highly redacted documents reveal new insight into the alleged September 14, 2016, incident, which came days before Jolie filed for divorce.

The Los Angeles Department of Child and Family Services and FBI had investigated the Fight Club star after an anonymous call about a drunken argument he got into with Jolie.

The tipster detailed how the couple was travelling with their children on a private jet from France back to their Los Angeles home.

Pitt was alleged to have gotten “verbally abusive” and “physical” with one of their kids, which he denied.

The FBI, who investigated the incident as it was committed in air space, would later go on to close its investigation by November of that year with no charges against Pitt being brought.

Earlier that month, the family services unit also concluded its investigation finding no abuse.

At the time of the incident, a source close to Pitt said he was “emphatic that it did not reach the level of physical abuse, that no one was physically harmed.”

They added: “He did not hit his child in the face in any way. He did not do that; he is emphatic about that. He put his hands on him, yes, because the confrontation was spiralling out of control.”

Two years after the incident Jolie accused Pitt of not paying “meaningful” child support for over a year.
