Britney Spears has returned to social media and sparked fresh pregnancy rumours days after deleting her Instagram account.
During the week the 40-year-old hit maker left her 40 million followers confused when she appeared to delete her Instagram account.
But just before the weekend hit, Britney decided to reactivate her account to share a cryptic clip hinting at a future pregnancy before a slew of sultry snaps of herself.
Upon her return she shared a clip of a heavily pregnant belly and simply penned: “Mommy … get me out of here!!!!!!”
Fans couldn’t believe their eyes and swiftly took to the comments to speculate.
“GIRL thought u were pregnant,” said one fan, while someone aded: “I think she’s been subtly hinting she is.”
“If she’s pregnant that would explain a lot,” penned a third.
While a fourth asked: “Got something to tell us?”
“Hopefully you get to have another baby just like you’ve wanted,” said someone else.
And another jokingly commented with a pun as they referenced one of the star’s hit songs. They penned: “Hit Me Baby One More Time.”
But despite the clip causing speculation to spiral it was just a video that Britney decided to share by a TikTok user named ‘lirios9595’.
Britney’s return to social media came days after her Instagram page seemed to have vanished.
When clicking on her page a message appeared which read: “Sorry, this page isn’t available.
“The link you followed may be broken, or the page may have been removed.”
Her account’s disappearance came shortly after Britney said she was “crying oceans”.

Britney’s joyous return to the platform and cryptic post comes after the stunning star revealed that she was forced to use contraceptives for 13 years while under a court ordered conservatorship – meaning she didn’t have control over her own body and was unable to make the decision to have more children.
After the conservatorship ending last November, Britney’s personal life has sped up – which is why fans wouldn’t be surprised if she does welcome a new baby in the future.

Since the court hearing and termination of the conservatorship, rumours have been heating up surrounding the blonde beauty starting a family with her fiancé Sam Asghari, 28.
Britney and her beau got engaged last September, with the couple seemingly going strength to strength in their relationship.
When she wished her lover a Happy Birthday earlier this month she hinted at wanting to start a family with him when she took to social media to celebrate the occasion.
Alongside her post for Sam’s big day she penned: “Happy Birthday to my Fiancé … I love you so much… I want a family with you … I want it all with you !!!!”
