Celebrity Gogglebox star Paul O’Neill would be keen to take on a presenting tole on BBC’s Top Gear, should the opportunity arise.
The professional racing driver has been delighting fans with his quick wit on the Channel 4 programme alongside his famous sister, Melanie C.
However, despite joining his Spice Girl sibling on the sofa, Paul is still heavily involved in the racing industry and often commentates for the likes of ITV, as well as working as a driver coach.

But, having already appeared on Top Gear in 2013, he’s revealed he’s certainly up for heading back onto the show.
The 42-year-old made an appearance driving a Volkswagen Beetle in a taxi race – speaking exclusively to the Daily Star, Paul said: “If I was ever asked, I would not even think about it.
“It’s a programme that I’ve always absolutely adored and watched, it’s just massive.”
Reflecting on his experience on the show, Paul went on to say: “I remember I got a call to just race an old taxi around.
“It was just nice to meet the guys who were on it at the time, it was Richard Hammond actually that was the main guy that we were involved with this race.”
“It never crosses my radar really, having one of these big gigs,” he added before going on to say: “That’s probably a bit of a problem for me because I never really push myself forward for anything.”
While Paul’s sister may be one of the most recognisable names in music, the pair keep their relationship rather private with even some friends not knowing their relationship.
He recalled: “I remember she got interviewed at one of my races once by an ITV guy, Steve Ryder who was anchoring the coverage and I was racing.
“Our Mel came and done what they call the reverse grid and she had to go and do it because she was a celebrity at one of the races and Steve Ryder was grilling her.
“You could see people were like ‘Why is Sporty Spice at a touring car race in the middle of Corby?’ and no one ever put two and two together.”
Paul continued: “The only connection me and our Mel have got in motorsport is in 2001 she helped me get into that category and I had Northern Star, all over the car – we had the album cover on the front of my car so that is one of the only times people have put two and two together.”
