Chris Evans brutally mocks Sharon Osbourne's TalkTV comeback after Ozzy's health woes

DJ and TV presenter Chris Evans mocked Sharon Osbourne on his breakfast radio show.

Chris, 56, took aim at Sharon, 69, after it was announced she would return to her new hosting stint after pulling out due to her husband Ozzy’s, 73, medical scare.

Chris, who hosts The Chris Evans Breakfast Show on Virgin Radio, found it amusing that Sharon returned to the show.

He told listeners: “TalkTV. There’s been a return. It’s only been on the air for a week.

“A TalkTV return for [Sharon]. So TalkTV has been on the air for a week today and Sharon Osbourne has been on it, left it and is now returning to it.

“She doesn’t mess about that Osbourne girl, does she?”

The former Top Gear host and his co-stars could then be heard laughing in the background as they made light of the news.

He added: “Sharon Osbourne was back on the air with her TalkTV show last night after returning to TalkTV after a prolonged absence of a minute.”

It is unclear whether Chris knew the reason for Sharon’s absence from the show which debuted on April 25.

TV personality Sharon recently pulled out of her hosting stint as she shared a health update on her husband Ozzy after he caught Covid.

Sharon told fans she was “very worried” about the Black Sabbath star after he contracted the virus as he suffers from a rare form of Parkinson’s disease.

She said: “He’s doing much better, thank you.”

“His temperature is now back to normal, his coughing has stopped and he’s doing much better.”

Unfortunately, she caught Covid from Ozzy and so did their daughter Kelly, 37.

Stepping in for the Covid-stricken star was one of the channel’s other presenters, Jeremy Kyle.

It comes after Sharon posted an emotional video last week telling fans: “Ozzy was diagnosed in the middle of the night, our time. I spoke to him and he’s ok.

“I am very worried about Ozzy. We went two years without him catching Covid. It’s just Ozzy’s luck it would be now.”
