Model Chrissy Teigen appeared to make a rather hilarious blunder after she took her family to London Bridge believing it was the iconic Tower Bridge.
The 36-year-old, who is married and shares two children with singer John Legend, had recently been enjoying a family break in London.
But when the family tried to embark on a day of sightseeing, things didn’t seem to go to plan after they were faced with an “unexciting bridge”.
Sharing her experience with her millions of fans on Instagram, the star uploaded a picture of herself, John and their two children Luna, five and Miles, three.

Alongside the snap, she penned: “Asked the driver to take us to the London bridge for a family photo.
“Quickly realized the London bridge is a very unexciting bridge. Tower Bridge should be London bridge!”
She added: “I always thought it was anyhow haha aaah learning is fun.”
Commenting on the post, many of her followers saw the funny side and revealed that they have also made a similar mistake.

One fan wrote: “Don’t worry, a lot of people from the UK don’t know this either.”
Another agreed: “Common mistake even us Brits forget lol.”
A third person who has also made the mishap penned: “It happened to us too ahahahah.”
Meanwhile a fourth added: “Did the same thing when I went to London. American education sucks sometimes LOLOL.”
Chrissy and her family certainly made the most of the time abroad, with the mother of two thanking London for such a wonderful trip.

She wrote: “We usually keep to ourselves on holiday and often joke that vacations are just us watching the same shows in a different city but I’m proud of us this time around!
“From the London dungeon to the Eye to Tower Bridge to Bond St to the Kit Kat club to the farmhouse to the Cotswolds, we finished off our trip seeing some incredible talents perform in Mary Poppins and phew I am in awe at the whole production and all these massive triple threats. We bow to you.
“Anyhow I shall wipe these tears and pack these bags for it is time to get back home. Thank you, London, for being such a dream.”
