Christine McGuinness has suffered an injury while training for ITV contest The Games, Daily Star can reveal.
The star had sport tape on her leg at a filming session this week.
But as you can see from our exclusive snaps, she was still smiling.
An onlooker said: “Christine was putting a brave face on. She obviously isn’t letting any niggles force her off the show.
“There are some activities she may struggle with but she is giving it her best.”
Christine has admitted competing on the show is tougher than she expected.
Speaking on Instagram last month, she said: “I’m not really sure what has happened to my life to be honest. I don’t think I signed up for this. What a day.
“I’m living in gym clothes at the minute, being trained and coached in something almost every day. I love it, but it’s not easy.
“The girls are strong, they’re competitive. But what a mad life, this is it for the next few weeks.”
Christine was joined at the filming session by rivals including Love Island star Chloe Burrows and Emmerdale actress Rebecca Sarker as well as former Corrie hunk Ryan Thomas.
The Games is being revived by ITV more than 15 years after the format last aired.
Other celebs competing include reality star Olivia Attwood and Corrie star Colson Smith.
They will compete in challenges including athletics and swimming.
ITV execs are hoping the show will be must-see TV.
A spokeswoman said: “Each episode will feature the celebrities’ preparation as they’re taught the sports from scratch by some of the UK’s top coaches.
“Following their gruelling training programme leading up to the competition, as they aim to reach their peak physical condition.
“As the leader board takes shape with each night, the series will culminate in an exhilarating final showdown in which one male champion and one female champion will be crowned.”
The show, which will be hosted by Holly Willoughby and Freddie Flintoff, is due to air this summer.
