Disney actor Gavin Eyles, 37, has been jailed for controlling behaviour after he ordered his girlfriend to wear socks at all times – even in the bath.
Eyles told his new partner what to wear, who to see and made her indulge his foot fetishes during their 18-month relationship.
He has received a 32 month jail term for his controlling behaviour towards her.
The sentence, imposed at Gloucester Crown Court on February 8, means he will soon be free, as he served time while in custody on remand.
Acting website www.starnow.co.uk credits him with appearing in Disney’s ‘Muppets 2’ and ‘Harry Hill: The Movie’.
Eyles has pleaded guilty to two offences of using controlling and coercive behaviour between March 1, 2019 and August 21, 2020.
He also admitted to stalking the woman between August 19, 2020 and September 19, 2021, causing her serious alarm or distress.
Eyles, of Chippenham, Wilts, met his victim, a woman from Lydney, Glos, on social media in March 2019.
Prosecutor David Maunder said he controlled his new girlfriend’s movements when he moved in with her at the start of the pandemic.
Mr Maunder said he ”became jealous of her having contact with other people” including friends and family.
He looked at her phone, told her what to wear and told her he ”didn’t want her looking like a drag queen’.
He branded her ”stupid and uneducated”.
The court heard Eyles made the woman bathe with her socks on and also dictated what she could watch on TV.
Mr Maunder stated that Eyles would threaten to kill himself if she ended the relationship and then began stalking her.
Mr Maunder said: “He appears to have a foot fetish. He wouldn’t allow her to walk around in bare feet. She was ordered to wear socks and not to expose her feet in public.
“He would also insist that she bathe with her socks on. He also had kinky habits in the bedroom, which frightened the woman.”
The judge jailed Eyles for two years and eight months and ordered him to pay a victim surcharge of £170.
He also subjected him to a ten-year restraining order not to contact his victim by any means and prohibited him from entering Gloucestershire.

Judge Lawrie said: “Your advocate indicated that as an actor you might be required to work in the county at some point, but I am afraid you cannot be trusted.
“Additionally your victim needs reassurance that you will not be lurking around the corner from her home.
