Coronation Street star Colson Smith was left gutted when the ITV soap shared a new photo of him on social media.
The actor has played Craig Tinker on the TV Cobbles since 2011, so he’s definitely used to seeing himself back on the screen after filming his scenes.
However, it’s clear he wasn’t happy with the photo of his posted on the Coronation Street Instagram account earlier this week.

The official Corrie account took to Instagram on Thursday (August 18) with a snap of Craig and his girlfriend Faye Windass, who is played by Ellie Leach.
In the photo, Craig cuddled Faye and gave her a kiss on the forehead.
Teasing drama for the couple, the caption read: “Will Faye come clean about her near kiss with Michael?! Missed tonight’s episode? Watch now on the ITV Hub, link in bio!”
Colson slammed the soap’s photo as he didn’t like the “angle” shown of him.
He took to the comments with a complaint that read: “Nice angle of me this :/”
However, fans were quick to reassure the actor, telling him he looked absolutely fine in the photo.
One wrote: “You look great!” whilst a second said: “Aw you’re gorgeous”.
Another admitted: “Why do I find this comment relatable?”
Craig and Faye have been in a relationship, but recently the latter almost cheated on her boyfriend with Michael Bailey (Ryan Russell).
Colson spoke about Faye’s cheating scandal on ITV’s This Morning.
He told host Rochelle Humes: “The big question is will Craig ever find out? Will it affect their relationship?
“On reflection, I think Faye might realise after that moment she does want Craig and Craig wants her. The best thing for them is to get together and get through it.
“It might be that lightbulb moment to say for all of Craig’s imperfections, he is trying but he is just doing it in completely the wrong way.”
24-year-old Colson recently lost a staggering 10 stone after taking up running during lockdown.
The star has played Craig, the son of Beth Sutherland, in Coronation Street since 2011.
On screen his police officer character took up running after finding he was out of breath while chasing shoplifters.
Craig told his friends he was going to make an effort to get healthier after being bullied at work.
Speaking of his weight loss in a short documentary, Bored of Being the Fat Kid, that he shared on YouTube last June, Colson said: “I’m not on a diet. I’m changing my life.”
