Uploading the snap to Instagram, the star revealed she was enjoying a staycation with her footballer fiancé Scott Sinclair.
Helen wrote at the time: “Spa trip with hubs for my 30th.
“Thank you mum bikini @pourmoiltd was supposed to be wearing this in Ibiza but London spa will do just fine.”
