The Masked Singer star Davina McCall debuted a new hair-do during the second episode of the new ITV series which left fans gushing over her gorgeous new look.
Known for her racy outfits, the TV personality and presenter could be seen donning a super short choppy bob during Sunday night’s show.
Wearing a sparkly outfit, Davina wore a sequinned top that sparkled beneath the lights on set.
She teamed her show-stopping ensemble with her new hairstyle and a fresh yet glam face of makeup.
Her hair was down and tousled in loose waves, while she donned a full fringe that sat just above her eyebrows.
Davina looked completely unrecognisable and even resembled fellow TV star Claudia Winkleman with her dark brown hued hair and fringe combination.
Fans were quick to comment on Davina’s new look, with one saying: “Did Davina actually choose her wig tonight????”
Another penned: “Did Davina get a bowl cut?!”
A third wrote: “Davina is looking a bit mumsy tonight with her hair like that.”
While a fourth penned: “What the f*** is that ridiculous wig Davina’s got on???”
This comes as the star recently spoke out about her wardrobe choices, when she said that she doesn’t care about the backlash she faces from wearing racy outfits while starring on the ITV show.
In her fifties, she has claimed that she is ready to stop “giving a damn,” something that comes after the former face of Big Brother faced social media backlash for some of her outfit choices when she appeared on the show in early 2021.
The 54-year-old TV star has spoken about “shedding the shackles of inhibition” while speaking out in an interview with Women’s Health UK.
Speaking to the empowering publication, Davina explained that she’s entering a phase of “liberation”.
Known for her racy ensembles that feature low-cut necklines and thigh-high splits, Davina opened up to the publication about what she thinks of the perceptions people have of her wardrobe choices.
“I just don’t think any of the outfits that I was wearing were that shocking. I didn’t think they were outrageous.”
She continued: |There’s always going to be a few people that complain about anything, about everything.
“Social media is so brilliant in so many ways, but it can be so destructive too.”
The Masked Singer UK continues Saturday on ITV at 7pm
