EastEnders actor Max Bowden, 27, is rumoured to be dating Whitney Dean actress Shona McGarty, 30.
Ben, who’s played the BBC soap’s Ben Mitchell since 2019, was previously in a relationship with his pregnant ex-girlfriend, Roisin Buckle, before he allegedly embarked on a relationship with co-star Shona.
It isn’t the first time the soap actor who’s starred in Waterloo Road, Casualty and Doctors, has dated a colleague, reports Daily Mirror.
The mum-to-be Roisin was “heartbroken” when photos of the actor leaving Shona’s house surfaced earlier this month, following their recent split.
A source explained to The Sun : “It has been dreadful for Roisin, she feels humiliated and disrespected. She is expecting a baby and although she is a strong woman, she feels very let down.”

They added: “She never expected Max to move on so quickly. She believed they were on a break, taking time out of their relationship to sort out their differences.”
The Ben Mitchell actor was previously in a long-term relationship with Danielle McCarney, who he met on the set of EastEnders when she was a show-runner.
The actor had described her as “the most beautiful woman on the planet” in a lovely post to wish her a happy birthday.

Sadly, it was revealed the pair had amicably split up in June 2021 after two years together.
Their split happened just a month after Max’s EastEnders co-star Jessie Wallace, who plays Kat Mitchell, left a sexually explicit message on his Instagram post.
Max shared an old snap of the former couple from the NTAs two years before and Jessie, 50, jokingly wrote: “Remember… if you need a m***e to cry on…. I’m yer gal,” followed by a winking emoji.

Before dating colleague Danielle, Max was in a relationship with insurance executive Roisin before splitting in March.
In a photo of the pair posted on his Instagram in February this year, Max wrote: “The course of true love never did run smooth” – William Shakespeare.
In April this year, it was announced that Roisin and Max were expecting their first child together and were determined to co-parent their baby together.
