One of Natalie’s friends claimed the actress had also cut out takeaway meals as part of her diet overhaul.

The third way Natalie shaped up was by reducing her booze intake, despite loving “white wine”.

She told The Sun: “I cut out rubbish. I cut down on alcohol too, even though I love white wine.”

Many alcoholic drinks such as beer and wine contain a high number of calories, so less glasses is sure to help somebody stay in shape.

The actress said the weight loss doc wasn’t “the right thing to do” as it was simply a quick fix and she ended up putting the weight back on.
