Emmerdale fans were left racking their brains as to what will happen next in the Dales after Chas and Al were caught having an affair.
Viewers tuned into the ITV soap to watch the latest instalment of the Emmerdale drama.
Chas and Al decided to meet in a secluded area but were instantly rumbled by Belle Dingle.

Al gave Chas a silver hoop earring and told her that they needed to “be careful” as they might get caught.
Chas wondered where the jewellery had been found and Al told her that it was in the footwell of his car.
Belle suddenly came out from behind a corner and the offending duo looked completely shocked as Belle stepped into their eye line.
They tried to defend themselves but Belle wasn’t buying it and insisted on telling Chas’ husband Paddy.
Chas told Al to leave them alone so she could try and de-escalate the situation but Belle got in the car and told her what she was about to do.
The fellow Dingle family member tried to use the excuse that her dying mother’s final few months would be shrouded in sadness if the news got out, but Belle refused to fall for her guilt trip.
Fans were equally unimpressed and couldn’t wait to discuss the night’s proceedings.
Many viewers turned to Twitter to discuss what they’d seen and a few of them wondered what was next for Chas.
A frustrated fan speculated over her future storylines: “Current Chas excuse: ‘[My] dying mum’. Coming up: ‘[My] dying baby’. ‘[My] non-dead baby’…”
Another one wrote: “After Paddy finds out, whenever that is, Chas should leave the village.”
One blunt viewer typed: “Chas will be dropping her knickers for Al in the next episode then?”
Elsewhere in the episode, Noah offered Amelia some cash after he heard her talking about prom whilst in the cafe.
Noah had been paid from his job at the pub and offered her all his earnings so that she could afford a new dress for her special day.
In upcoming episodes, the pregnant Amelia is set to run away from the village.
