Emmerdale fans are convinced Moira has forgotten a pretty important fact about herself.
During Monday night’s episode (November 14), Moira went to visit Cain in prison, who recently pleaded guilty to the murder of Al Chapman in a bid to protect the real killer – his son Kyle.
As she sat across from her husband, Moira admitted that being married to someone who is in prison for a crime they didn’t commit is worse than being married to someone who is actually a murderer.

She later voiced concern that she doesn’t know if she is cut out for a life without Cain and said Amy did the right thing by getting out of the village.
Upon watching the scene, viewers were quick to point out that Moira may have forgotten a vital event from her past.
Taking to social media, one fan penned: “Has Moira forgot she’s a murderer and her son is on the run after taking the blame?”
“Is Moira forgetting what Adam did for her?,” questioned a second.
Another added: “Moira forgetting that Cain is married to a murderer?”
“If you would rather be in jail Moira you can confess to your murder,” wrote a fourth user.
While someone else echoed: “Coz letting your kid take the blame for a murder you committed would be unthinkable, eh Moira?”
Viewers are referring to Moira murdering Emma Barton (Gillian Kearney) back in 2017 and letting her son take the fall for it.
Months after Emma died, it was revealed that Moira pushed her off a viaduct which resulted in her death.
After finding out Moira murdered Emma, Adam Barton (Adam Thomas) took it upon himself to make a false confession to keep his mother out of prison.
Adam later fled the country after Cain and Aaron Dingle (Danny Miller) broke him out of a prison van, leading the village residents to believe that he was the true murderer and leaving Moira in the clear.
