Emmerdale viewers were left fuming during Monday night’s episode as Suzy Merton’s connection with Holly Barton finally came to light and fans think girlfriend Vanessa Woodfield should dump Suzy because of it.
During the latest episode of the hit ITV soap, Suzy was caught up in a web of lies when Holly’s mum Moira discovered that Suzy was with her before she died.
While advertising the new and approved Hop to local residents, a photo of Holly at a wedding appeared on the slideshow, leaving Moira who was in the audience alarmed.

Trying to discover why Suzy had a photo of her late daughter, Suzy tried her best to not disclose the truth.

But later on, Suzy informed an angry Vanessa of what really happened, leaving her stunned.
With things starting to kick off between the pair and Vanessa finding out that Suzy supplied Holly with drug money on the day of her death, fans at home begged Vanessa to call time on their relationship.
One person wrote: “Vanessa needs to dump Suzy, she’s a lying cow…”
Another person wrote: “Please please let this be the end of Suzy! Can you imagine if Charity had done something like that so I hope they don’t keep them together it will go against Vanessa’s character plus there’s literally nothing between them.”
A third shared: “Not sure if Suzy and Vanessa will come back from this one.”
Meanwhile a fourth added: “Tell Suzie to get knotted Vanessa. Don’t be a party to her lies.”
As the two ladies squabbled about whether Moira should know the truth regarding how her daughter died, Moira happened to walk through the door mid argument leaving Suzy and Vanessa stunned.
But once she left, Suzy begs a reluctant Vanessa to not tell Moira anything about what was discussed.
Angered, Vanessa was clearly unsure of what to do next.
Jumping on Twitter again, fans begged Vanessa to do the right thing.
One person wrote: “Vanessa you will never be able to look Moira in the face again, when this all comes out.”
While someone else wrote: “Keep quiet Vanessa you’ll break Moira’s heart.”
