The residents of Emmerdale are left in shock tonight, as the truth about Mack’s affair with Chloe is finally exposed.
Chloe and Mack spent the night together, with Chloe later discovering that she was pregnant – but it seems the steamy fling may expose a number of surprises.
Fans have taken to social media to discuss Chloe and Mack’s affair, and have a theory that Mack may not be the father of the baby.

They have also predicted that there could be more drama in store, as Charity learns about their fling – and that the truth could lead to a potential murder.
Here, Daily Star takes a look at the fan theories surrounding Mack.
Mack’s affair exposed
Emmerdale viewers have predicted that it will not be long until the truth about Mack and Chloe’s fling is exposed – and they have a theory that either Charity or Kerry will reveal the affair.
One fan said: “Charity has suspicions,” while a second agreed: “S**t will hit the fan once Charity finds out that Mack has slept with Chloe and got her pregnant.”
“Surely Charity knows about Mack and Chloe,” added a third.
However, Chloe revealed the truth to Kerry and some fans think that she could be the one to expose the affair, following her heartbreak about husband Al’s fling.
“I’m wondering if Kerry is going to be the one to reveal the truth about Chloe and Mack?” they said.
Real baby daddy revealed
Chloe exposed Al Chapman’s affair to Kerry, but fans thinks that she may have had an ulterior motive to revealing the truth.
While viewers know that Al had a fling with Chas Dingle, they also suspect that Al may have also spent the night with Chloe – and that he could be the father of her baby, and not Mack.
Some fans think that Chloe may be trying to find out who Al’s lover was, in order to hide the truth about their own fling, with one viewer saying: “The irony of Chloe wanting to find out who Al was having the affair with when Charity doesn’t know that Mack had a one night stand with her.”
Another suggested that Chloe’s confrontation with Chas could lead Chas to convince Kerry that Chloe was Al’s lover, with a second saying: “If Kerry wanted to write a list of all suspects. With Chas’ help, convinced enough to think it is Chloe Al cheated with.”
A third said: “Wouldn’t it be a plot twist if Al had slept with Chloe and got her pregnant.”
However, other viewers did not agree, with some questioning why Chloe would try to expose Al’s affair if it would put her relationship with Kerry at risk.
“But why would Chloe go to the effort of telling Kerry about Al’s affair if that was the case?” they said.
While Chloe discovered that she was pregnant not long after spending the night with Mack, other viewers pointed out that Chloe previously had a relationship with Mack’s friend Nate, leading some to wonder if the baby could actually be his.
One fan asked: “Is it possible that the father of Chloe’s baby could be Nate?”
However, other fans are less convinced and have said the baby could not be Nate or Jacob’s, as she would have found out the news sooner.
They said: “Not being funny if Chloe was pregnant with Nate or Jacob’s child, she’s either going to be due really soon or at least she’d be seven months pregnant?”
Mack kills Chloe
A number of Emmerdale residents have been leaving the village, and with Kerry reported to be departing The Dales, some fans think that Chloe could leave with her.
“I hope she is one of the people due to leave,” said one fan, while a second added: “I hope that when Kerry leaves, she takes Chloe with her. Chloe can return briefly to leave the baby with Mack.”
However, with Mack’s affair soon to be exposed, it is undoubtedly set to cause drama in his engagement to Charity and in his own life.
So how will Mack react?
Some fans think Chloe could be in danger if the truth about their fling is exposed, with viewers suggesting that Mack could even kill her.
“Why do I get the impression that Mack is gonna kill Chloe?” asked one fan, while a second added: “Mack is so selfish so he’d have Chloe out of the village if he had a choice.”
Charity and Vanessa reunited
Mack recently proposed to Charity in Emmerdale, but fans are predicting that the engagement will not last – especially as his affair is set to be exposed.
One fan said: “Charity and Mack are so incompatible,” while a second agreed: “The engagement with Charity and Mack won’t last once she find out he slept with Chloe. I honestly don’t believe for one minute she is happy with him.”
A third added: “As for Mack and Charity getting married, well, that’s gonna be another failed one.”
“At this point a feel for Charity, we know this will be another failed marriage,” said a fourth.
Although Charity’s ex Vanessa is due to depart the Dales for a new job in Canada, fans have predicted that she will return – and that her romance with Charity will rekindle following the heartbreak over Mack.
“Wondering if Charity and Vanessa will get to have a conversation of some kind before Vanessa b***ers off to Canada?” said one fan.
“I feel like we are gonna get an affair with Charity and Vanessa when Vanessa returns,” added a second, while a third commented: “Charity and Vanessa was her best relationship.”
“Vanity literally doesn’t exit in these producer’s minds anymore, at least we know their engagement won’t last long,” said a fourth.
