In his update, the actor thanked customers who visited his diner, which he shared with business partner Scott Graham.
The two entrepreneurs opened the bustling eatery in 2019, followed by a bar and burger sauce company.
As he announced the news, Adam said: “Unfortunately, we have decided to close The Spinn.
“We did what we had to do with The Spinn, and we learnt so much building our first venture, and more importantly, we had an absolute blast.”
The actor, who played ITV character Adam Barton in Emmerdale, revealed that his decision to close down the restaurant was to focus on his other business ventures.
He added: “But after three years, we felt the time was right for us to move on. We are now focusing on the next chapter of The Spinn … The Spinn off [bar] and Oh My Glaze [burger sauce company].

It comes after the former soap star revealed he doesn’t know why he left the ITV soap after eight years, stepping down in 2018.
The celebrity appeared on ITV’s The Chase last month, where show host Bradley Walsh quizzed him on why he’d hung up his acting shoes.
Bradley gushed: “It’s a pleasure having you. Now you [were on] Emmerdale for eight, nine, 10 years?”
Adam confessed: “[I was on there for] Eight, nine years – the best years of my life. I don’t know why I left! It was amazing. Great people, great show. [It was] Amazing, unbelievable.”
Unfortunately, the Northern lad’s impressive acting skills didn’t match his general knowledge and he was the first contestant to be booted from The Chase.
